On Thursday the 8th of March, the Teesside team made the short trip down to ASDA House in Leeds to compete in the Annual Enactus Regionals competition.
The team presented their current projects Save the Woman, Revamp, and new project Your Fridge. It was an interesting day as Teesside were joined by other Northern and East Central Enactus teams like Northumbria, Hull, York, Sheffield, and many others.
The day overall was very enlightening as the team received valuable feedback on the presentation and annual report. The following week the team were notified that they would be progressing to Nationals as 1 of the 32 competing teams. The team must be commended on delivering an excellent presentation in the absence of their current team leader Anna who was unfortunately unwell.
The team now aims to take this momentum into nationals and hopes to make it through the opening round and beyond.
